Products are sold subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, correct pricing or description errors, and refuse or cancel orders where information is inaccurate or suspicious.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on the website is an offer to purchase. An order is not finally accepted until payment is successfully completed and we are able to process it. We reserve the right to reject, hold, or cancel orders for reasons including payment failure, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, incorrect customer information, or operational constraints.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay and related payment partners. By placing an order, you authorize the transaction and agree to provide valid payment details. We are not responsible for downtime, banking interruptions, authorization failures, or third-party payment issues outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. In summary, returns are accepted only when the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product and reports the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting evidence.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Requests based on personal preference, sizing concerns, colour variation, or change of mind are not eligible unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

If an approved replacement is unavailable due to stock constraints, we may process a refund to the original payment method in accordance with the Returns & Refunds Policy. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where the return is caused by our error.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, access restrictions, or other factors outside our control.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch if you contact us in time with your order ID. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed. After delivery, any eligible issue will be handled only under the Returns & Refunds Policy.
